We accept payments by Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Google Pay and Apple Pay), as well as PayPal.

Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. The pre-authorization is completed once the order has been packed and is ready to be shipped. If the billing or shipping information are incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to confirm them before your order is shipped.

For a full refund, all items must be new/unused with all tags still attached, as well as having to request the return/exchange within 14 days. After 14 days, no return will be guaranteed. 

Any worn/opened items will be charged 15% re-stocking fee.  

Please note: ALL items on SALE are FINAL and are not eligible for a refund, unless there is a defect.

All orders that are placed on M-F before 11am will ship out the same business day. Any orders after 11am will be shipped out next business day.



An order confirmation email will be sent to you via email as soon as your order is placed. Once your order has shipped, a shipment confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to your email. Please use the email to get up to date information about your shipment prior to reaching out to us. 

Please note, when selecting USPS as your shipping method, the tracking information may be incorrect. 
i.e. Several customers have reported their packages being stuck in “pending”, while already having received their orders.
